How do I rent my desired product from LuxMy?

  • Choose your Desired product and your rental period (2-4 weeks)
  • If available, you can complete your order via the shopping cart (only via prepayment).
  • Your desired product will arrive at your home/stable within the next 7 days.
  • Before first use, please read the enclosed manual carefully. In cases of acute illnesses, treatment should be discussed with your treating therapist or veterinarian in advance. If you have any other questions, please contact the LuxMy team.
  • The therapy time for your four-legged friend can begin.
  • Within your chosen rental period, you can choose to have the entire rental fee credited toward your new favorite LuxMy product. To do so, please contact the LuxMy team with your order number at info@luxmy-horse.de or by calling +49 1511 780 7079.
  • After your chosen rental period has expired, return the product to LuxMy (LuxMy, Kalkwiesenstraße 7, 88069 Tettnang).
  • The deposit for the rental pad will be credited to your account within 7 working days after proper return.
