We pride ourselves on the quality and reliability of our products. For this reason, we offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, giving you added peace of mind when purchasing. All products are made from skin-friendly materials and are CE-certified.

1. Warranty start and duration

The warranty begins with delivery of the product and ends after two years.

2. Scope
If a material or manufacturing defect occurs in your product during the above-mentioned period, you will receive:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • free replacement of damaged goods

3. Grounds for exclusion
Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the products caused by:

  • normal use / wear and tear (imperfections caused by use of the products)
  • Self-inflicted damage to the pads or control devices (e.g. blows, falling down, being stepped on by a horse, being eaten by a horse or by rodents, pulling out the cable )
  • Attempts to repair on your own
  • Environmental influences (heat, humidity, etc.) or force majeure
  • improper handling (see user manual or warnings)

We're also here to help with damage that's not covered by the warranty. Spare parts are available for purchase for all our products. Use our spare parts form to quickly find a suitable solution.

4. Procedure for warranty claims
To make a warranty claim, please proceed as follows:

  1. Contact: Fill out the warranty form
  2. Response: You will receive a response to the submitted warranty form within three business days. After a positive warranty claim review, the return will be processed.
  3. Returning the product: Please send the defective part to the following address:

  4. After receipt of the defective part, a decision will be made as to whether it will be repaired or replaced, followed by return shipment.
